LiftySaaS serves the following purposes:

  • Helping small businesses and solopreneurs discover SaaS products tailored to their needs.
  • Allowing developers and SaaS creators to showcase their products to a targeted audience.

LiftySaaS uses a feature-based pricing model, facilitated through Stripe. The following terms apply to payments:

  • Only your own SaaS products can be registered.
  • The submitted product URL must use the HTTPS protocol; HTTP is not allowed.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on LiftySaaS:

  • Spamming.
  • Submitting inappropriate or offensive content.
  • Using bots or automated tools to manipulate the platform.

5. Liability and Indemnification

LiftySaaS is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect product details provided by users.
  • Temporary service outages or disruptions.

Users agree to indemnify LiftySaaS against any claims arising from their use of the platform.

6. Termination of Service

LiftySaaS reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without refund if users engage in prohibited activities or violate these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of platform termination, LiftySaaS will:

  • Notify users at least 2 months in advance.
  • Fulfill all commitments to showcase priority products before the termination date.

7. Data Privacy

LiftySaaS is committed to protecting user data:

  • We collect email addresses for user registration and communication purposes.
  • We do not share email addresses with third parties.
  • Stripe, our payment processor, uses the email address to send payment receipts.

8. Governing Laws

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of LiftySaaS will be resolved under Canadian law.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

LiftySaaS reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
